Seating Information

Our seating is at round tables and long tables. Tables of 10 will be as follows, on a first come first served basis:

Your table of 10 will be reserved for you. You will be asked to provide the names of all guests for your table block below.

*Purchase of a table block does not 100% guarantee that your table will exclusively be ONLY your people. We do our best to accommodate those requests, but when it is a sold-out event, this can require tables to be mixed.  

Please note: Individual ticket holders may request other guests they would like to sit with in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION field below. We will do our best to accommodate your request but can only guarantee seating for full table blocks. Thank you!

Please provide all ticket holder names. If you are uncertain of all your guests at this time PLEASE ensure your guests are aware of the table hostess' name for check-in.

Use this space to provide any additional information such as seating preferences or special needs requests for our Bid 'n Buy organizers. Please note: Seating preferences are only guaranteed with the purchase of a table block.
